I nodded again.
I tilted my head toward the stairs behind me, then looked down at the ground, shaking my head pitifully at him- meaning: I want to go upstairs, I don’t want to stay on this dirty, hard ground anymore.
“I understand, I don’t want to stay here either.” He smiled, appearing extremely excited.
Thinking that such an exquisite woman would serve him like a prostitute, his brain was immediately clouded by lust, his intelligence going offline.
He began untying the ropes around my feet, then moved to unbind my hands.

One side had broken window glass facing the ocean. Judging from the entrance door’s orientation and the incoming wind, the broken window side was the only escape route.
I pretended my legs were weak, stumbling a few steps toward one side of the corridor, and he followed toward that room.
From untying the ropes to going upstairs, I had been acting compliant, letting him get distracted with his phone instead of trying to escape.
