Coming to treat Mrs. Eleanor today was just a transaction between Karina and me – I had promised her long ago,
I never liked dealing with these hypocritical people anyway, and now I was even more annoyed.
Vincent remained silent, his gaze on my brow slightly furrowing, his eyes showing a hint of danger.
It seemed like he had only tentatively played a card, but I had flipped the entire table.
Everyone was stunned.
Karina was obviously somewhat embarrassed: “…That’s not appropriate, is it?”
However, no one expected Vincent to actually agree??
“Fine.”
The curve of his mouth deepened, his eyes carrying some coldness as he stared intently at me.
I didn’t look at him again, but turned to Karina: “Take me to see the patient.”
The Blood Moon Pack members were obviously preparing to argue, but before they could speak, they heard Vincent say: “Take her to see Mrs. Eleanor.”
The Blood Moon Pack members were shocked by his words and actually didn’t move again.
They looked at each other, each with their own calculations, not wanting too much contact with me.
Karina immediately stepped forward: “Come, I’ll take you in.”
I glanced at Vincent.
This person was obviously not from Blood Moon Pack.
But why did he have such authority at Blood Moon Pack?
My brows furrowed slightly, then I turned to follow Karina into the inner room.
The others obviously wanted to follow in too.
“If I’m disturbed during treatment and something goes wrong, whoever follows in will be to blame.”
My words were like a cold wind, successfully stopping everyone in their tracks.
Vincent sat down in a chair behind, his eyes still showing interest as he crossed his legs and stared at the door.
He reached for a nearby fruit plate and peeled an orange.
After entering the room, I saw Mrs. Eleanor lying on the sickbed.
Mrs. Eleanor was currently awake, her eyes showing confusion as she looked at me.
“I’m the doctor here to treat you. Don’t be nervous, just relax.”
I tried to keep my voice gentle, yet carried a power that put people at ease.
The doubt in Mrs. Eleanor’s eyes gradually disappeared, and her body relaxed.
Speaking of which, I wasn’t really Hazel.

I was once the first witch of another world.
In that other world, due to a lightning accident, my soul traveled into Ifazel’s recently deceased body.
Because of this, I gained a new opportunity.
Karina and I met because I saved someone in prison.
That person
had some connection to Karina, so we got to know each other.
Later, through verbal description alone, I accurately diagnosed Mrs. Eleanor’s condition and symptoms that others didn’t even know about, quickly earning Karina’s trust.
In return, Karina promised that as soon as I was released, she would send someone to pick me up.
So immediately after my release, Karina eagerly arranged all this.
I began treating Mrs. Eleanor, first taking out the parchment talismans from the box. After calming Mrs. Eleanor’s emotions, I placed several pieces of parchment covered in ancient script on her skin, channeling magic through my fingertips into the parchment. The writing lit up without warning.
A strange aura began surging through Mrs. Eleanor’s body. Her body trembled violently, but soon the pained expression on her face began to ease.
Third Person POV:
Although the Blood Moon Pack members didn’t enter the room, Mrs. Eleanor’s sickroom had specially installed observation glass doors, so they could see everything from outside.
When they witnessed this scene,
shock appeared on everyone’s faces.
Next, when they saw Hazel successfully activate the talismans, their eyes widened in amazement.
This scene was like the healing arts blessed by the Moon Goddess from ancient werewolf legends!
Vincent’s pupils contracted slightly.
Such advanced magic… how did Hazel manage it?
