Hazel’s POV:
I clearly saw Caroline’s expression beginning to change.
She must have realized–everyone’s attention was on me.
She was dying of unwillingness inside, and I didn’t miss that hint of hatred in her eyes either.
But on the surface, she still squeezed out that fake smile: “You say it so casually, you must be really good at ‘Summit‘ then? If you can’t even cast skills properly and drag others down, you’ll get brutally scolded by netizens~”
Ha, I’ve heard plenty of this roundabout stepping.
I smiled cooperatively: “Yes, very good.”
She was probably quite stung by my response, her smile almost unable to stay on her face, but she still forced it: “Then we’ll wait and see.”
Soon after, the host announced the new rules:
Joseph and I would form the third guest team.
We would play an exhibition match against the winning team after the official competition ended.

But just as I turned a corner, Gerald blocked my way.
“Is this your purpose for coming on the show?” He looked at me with dark eyes, “Humiliating Caroline? Deliberately embarrassing her?”
I couldn’t help but laugh: “Oh, you noticed? But you only got half right. I also planned to humiliate you along the way.”
His face immediately darkened: “Don’t think that just because you found someone else to call mom, you really have someone to back you up!”
“Caroline can, why can’t I?” I coldly retorted, “She relies on your burning, killing and plundering, can’t I rely on Blood Moon

But he couldn’t renite a single word.
I directly threw out: “Move aside. If you don’t move, I’ll scream.”
Just as I finished speaking. Caroline appeared from nowhere again.
“Hazel! What are you doing? How can you bully Gerald?”
I was about to ignore her when I caught sight of something behind her–a camera.

The cameraman also realized something was wrong and quickly cut the feed.
I chuckled lightly, about to step away, but Gerald still didn’t move aside.
I stared at him impatiently: “Do I need to say it again–get lost?”
He glared at me through gritted teeth: “I’ll teach you how to be a decent person in the game.”
I sneered: “When you’re qualified to compete with me, then we’ll talk.”
With that, I walked past him without looking back.
Third POV:
Gerald’s face was livid with anger.
As guests, he and Joseph’s exhibition match was suddenly added in.
Having the final win ng team compete against their guest team was the least disruptive to rules and format.
It could serve as an entertaining exhibition match in the end.
So only the winner of the two teams would meet Hazel in the game.
Hazel wasn’t wrong.
Caroline walked up to Gerald, looking like she was about to cry from distress.
