Alpha Frank froze, a momentary look of bewilderment flashing across his eyes.
“Can I really win her back? Will she ever forgive me?“.
Rosy’s voice trembled slightly as she asked. “Are you willing to die for her?” Without a single second of hesitation, Alpha Frank replied firmly, his voice booming with resolve. “Yes, I am.”
Rosy let out a scornful laugh and thrust a plane ticket directly into his hands. “If you’re that willing, then go and bring her back!”
Frank’s eyes instantly snapped into full wakefulness, as if doused with a bucket of ice-
cold water.
With a sudden, fierce motion, he snatched up a bottle of alcohol and poured it over his head. The frigid sensation coursed through him, jolting him fully alert. He rose to his feet, his voice unwavering and resolute.

He boarded a plane that very night and headed straight for the Moonlit Pack.
The assistant couldn’t help but sigh with a touch of wonder. “Alpha Frank, do you still remember how you and Alpha Mike used to be at each other’s throats? You said that as long as he was in the Moonlit Pack and you were too, you’d rather die than set foot in each other’s pack.”

I let out a cold, mocking laugh. “You used me, hurt me. That diving ‘accident‘ was just your scheme. You even wanted to humiliate my uncle with those videos. And the kidney in my body isn’t yours; it’s my uncle’s. Do you really think I’ll forgive you?”

He suddenly stepped forward and hugged me tightly.

His voice was husky, pleading.
“Tell me what I need to do for you to forgive me. I’ll do anything, even die, okay!”

When he looked up, he saw Alpha Mike.
“Alpha Mike, I’m done fighting you. Whatever you want, I’ll give it to you. Just make Yulia come back to me,” Alpha Frank pleaded.
“Alpha Mike, I admit defeat. We can call a truce. I’ll cede the border to you. Just give Yulia back to me,” .

Alpha Mike’s expression grew icier by the second.
Suddenly, another punch landed on Alpha Frank’s face.

Alpha Mike pinned him to the ground, raining down blows after blows, as if he was venting all of his pent–up fury.
Finally, he threw something in front of Alpha Frank.
Alpha Frank picked up the invitation and opened it.
His face instantly turned ashen.
“Yulia and Alpha Mike cordially invite you to our Luna crowning ceremony.”
A loud “buzz” filled Alpha Frank’s head.
He shot to his feet abruptly.
“Alpha Mike, what the hell do you mean by this?”
Alpha Mike stared at him coldly.
“Exactly what you’re thinking. I’m not Yulia’s biological uncle. I love her, and she loves me
too.”

Alpha Frank’s heart felt as if it were being tightly clenched.
He turned his gaze towards me, his voice tinged
with a desperate plea. “Yulia, tell me this is a
lie.”
“It’s not a lie, Alpha Frank. It’s the truth.”
“Alpha Frank, I’ve fallen in love with my uncle, and also with your sworn enemy. Are you satisfied now?”
I took Alpha Mike’s hand and walked away with
a flourish.
Witnessing Yulia and Alpha Mike walking hand in hand, Alpha Frank’s eyes were filled with
utter disbelief.
“Yulia! Yulia!”
His voice reverberated through the street, carrying the weight of pent–up agony and
remorse.
Alpha Frank watched as a car rumbled menacingly.

“Bang-”
With a deafening crash, his body arced through the air and then slammed heavily onto the ground.
He violently spat out a mouthful of blood, and then, his vision darkened.
Alpha Frank felt as if he had been transported back to the moment he first met Yulia.
