Bianca didn’t refuse and agreed, saying, “Sure, it’s my treat.”
Berry smiled warmly. “I’ll wait for you after the surgery.”
At noon, Bianca picked a restaurant.

When the food arrived, Bianca served him a bowl of soup. “Berry, it’s been so long.”

Berry noticed the faint ring mark on her left ring finger and paused before asking, “Are you married?”

Berry smiled. “Congratulations! But why didn’t you invite us to the wedding?”
Bianca lowered her gaze and replied, “We didn’t have a wedding, so I didn’t invite anyone.”

Seeing that Bianca seemed uncomfortable discussing her personal life, Berry didn’t press further.
As they ate, he couldn’t resist asking, “So, what’s your specialty now?”
Bianca sipped her soup slowly and replied, “Pediatric surgery.”

As long as you take the first step, there’s no need to worry about when you begin. At least you’re on the right path now. With your abilities, I believe you’ll rise higher than anyone else.”
Bianca just smiled and didn’t say anything more.
