At that moment, Rowan had just finished a meeting and returned to his office.
The figure he’d seen at the golf course yesterday kept haunting him. It looked too much like Elara.

I had originally planned to mail the suit right after leaving the mall.
But my message sank like a stone in water with no reply, so I just carried the bag home.
I casually tossed it on the living room sofa and went upstairs to shower.
I spent the entire afternoon packing the last of my small belongings.

Standing in this familiar house, my emotions were complicated.
This home was designed according to my imagination of “happiness.” Every piece of furniture, every color scheme was personally chosen by me, I’d even set aside a cute nursery.
