The conversation in the hospital room continued.
However, I had already stopped funding both of them.
Their schemes no longer concerned me.
Since Penelope loved being hospitalized so much, she could stay there as long as she wanted.
A VIP room cost at least $5,000 per day.
When the bill came due, they’d probably have to sell their house to afford it.
After one night, the fruit baskets at the villa’s entrance had attracted a swarm of flies-absolutely disgusting.
I held my nose and had the housekeeper Eva Brown throw them all away.
While I was lounging on the couch scrolling through my phone, Emilia had posted another update.
【Some people just get more bitter with age.】
【My boyfriend only said a few fair words, and this old hag actually convinced his parents to cut off his allowance.】
【He used to dress well and eat well, living luxuriously, but now

The photo showed a ring identical to the birthday gift Finley had
given me.
The one on Emilia’s hand clearly had a duller diamond sparkle and cruder craftsmanship details.
I was speechless.
I hadn’t expected Finley to be too cheap to even buy a high-quality fake.
Finley really didn’t want to take any detours.
Out of kindness, I commented with my alternate account: 【Is it possible that his so-called aunt is actually his wealthy girlfriend? She cut off his financial support after discovering he was seeing two women at the same time.】
Emilia’s reply came fast and furious.

Her friends then joined in with all sorts of nasty comments directed at me.
Even though I hadn’t posted any photos or videos on my alternate account, that didn’t stop them from attacking my appearance, figure, family background, and every other aspect they could think of.
【Couples’ lovey-dovey posts are like chocolate. People can eat it just fine, but dogs die from it.)
【How dare you talk like that. Are your parents dead?】
When they brought up my parents, I was furious.
I gripped my phone tightly, ready to fight back, when a large hand suddenly covered my phone screen.
Archie brought a piece of cut apple to my lips.
He said, “Isabelle, you’re frowning. What are you looking at?”
I chewed the apple, not wanting to explain.

After all, if he found out I was arguing with strangers online, it would damage my image somewhat.
But Archie had sharp eyes.
After seeing the abuse on the screen, his expression turned ice-cold.
Then he turned off my phone.
Archie said, “Isabelle, getting angry over people like that isn’t worth it. We’re allies, after all. Just leave this matter to me.”
I thought Archie was just comforting me.
But when I checked my phone the next day, all the accounts that had insulted me had indeed been banned.
I was both delighted and puzzled. “Aren’t you a finance major? How do you know hacking techniques?”
Archie smiled mysteriously and said, “That’s a secret.”
I was extremely curious.
I reached out to tickle him, determined to force the truth out of him.
Left with no choice, Archie explained somewhat sheepishly, “The method was actually quite simple. I posted some pornographic ads and promotional content in those people’s comment sections, and then the system banned their accounts.” 4/5

Archie suddenly leaned closer, his breathing slightly rapid as he asked, “Since I completed the task so well, shouldn’t you give me a proper reward?”
