“What did you mean by showing me this?”
This was the suspect.”
Rodrigo raised an eyebrow, “Three kids?”
In the photo, there were three little kids seen from the back, looking about four or five years old, each carrying a bulging little backpack.
“That’s right, this was the only suspect we locked onto after checking the surveillance. Also, we tracked the hacker’s location-it showed they’re still in this hotel and they’re really close to us, maybe still on this floor and haven’t left.”
Little kid, hacker.
Rodrigo couldn’t connect these two kinds of people right away.
But what he could be sure of was that the hackers had a clear target and were attacking them.
As for why they did this and whether they had other motives, Rodrigo couldn’t be sure.
‘Since they were still here, go check and find them.”
Yes.”
Rodrigo looked at the photo with deep eyes. The little girl’s back in the picture was really blurry, but the clothes she wore looked really familiar to him.
Like the kid who drew his car.
Rodrigo was thinking.
The kid who drew on his car, the kid who answered Gianna’s call, the kid who showed up at the hotel, the kid who seemed like a hacker.
After I found Gianna, there were quite a few kids showing up around him.
Even though it seemed like everything was just a coincidence.
But when there were too many coincidences, it wasn’t a coincidence anymore.
todrigo went back to the room, and Gianna was already gone.
But he knew she couldn’t get away, at most she just went to another room.
At this point, Gianna had already taken the three little ones and hidden in another room.
Quietly closing the door, Gianna turned around, put her hands on her hips, and looked at the three little ones, “Elliot, Jacob, Linda! Mom’s words just went in
ne ear and out the other, huh?”
The three little kids stood behind Gianna with their little hands together, all looking at Gianna with a pleading face.
Elliot reached out his hand and said very responsibly, “Mommy, I brought Jacob and Linda here. You can scold me.”
Jacob was involved too, don’t blame big brother.” Jacob also stepped up.
Linda tugged on Gianna’s clothes, “Mommy, I’m sorry, Linda wasn’t good, it was Linda who wanted to come, don’t blame big brother or second brother.”
Gianna knew the three little guys came to save her out of kindness, but it was just too dangerous.
Glanna didn’t even know what to do if she got caught tonight.
The three little guys held out their hands and stood there with a really good attitude, waiting for Gianna to scold them.
Gianna saw them like that, and there was no way she could bring herself to scold them.
Especially Linda, the little girl’s eyes turned red as she talked, and her tears made Gianna feel really sorry for her,
Gianna sighed, squatted down to look at the three kids, reached out and pulled them into her arins, “Babies, Mommy knew you meant well, but this was too dangerous, okay?”
“We knew we were wrong,” the three little ones said in unison.
“Good that you know you were wrong, don’t do it again next time.” Gianna patted the three little ones on their heads, “Now’s not the time to blame you, Mommy needs to think about how to get you out of here.”
Elliot looked up. “Mommy, aren’t you coming with us?”
Gianna shook her head. Given how things were, she knew it would be a hassle even if she ran.
Gianna wasn’t planning to run anymore.
Some things always had to be dealt with.
You couldn’t hide forever.
Gianna calmed herself and said, “Babies, listen to mommy. Mommy will go back to Newbarrow with Rodrigo tomorrow. Tomorrow morning, you guys stay in your room and don’t come out. After Rodrigo and the others leave, mommy will contact Joselyn to pick you up.”
The three little guys looked at each other.
Her eyes darted around mischievously, no one knew what she was thinking.
Did you hear that? This time you guys had to behave.”
Yeah, we would.”

Rodrigo sent people to check all the rooms on this floor, but they didn’t find anyone, and the signal disappeared quickly too.

here was something weird about Gianna too. Even though everything had an explanation, there were still loopholes.

Like that kid named Jacob, who called out Mommy on the phone.
For example, tonight there was a kid who seemed like a hacker, showing up and then disappearing.
The first kid showed up where Gianna worked, the second kid showed up in Gianna’s phone contacts, and these three kids showed up again at the hotel where
Gianna was.
It seemed like it was all about Gianna.
Rodrigo really doubted at that moment whether Gianna actually had the baby aborted back then.
“Kade!”
Kade came in from outside the door, “Sir.”
“Keep looking for Glanna. If you couldn’t find her, start with the people around her. Check them one by one for me.”
If Gianna really had a kid, he didn’t believe she wouldn’t slip up.
“Yes.”
When the sun came up, Gianna woke up the three sleeping little ones. She was afraid someone would come in, so she just let them keep hiding under the bed.
Sure enough, someone knocked on the door soon.
Gianna walked over to open the door. It was Kade, Rodrigo’s assistant.
Kade stood at the door and said, “Ma’am…”
“We already got divorced, no need to call me ‘Mrs.””
‘Uh… well, Ms. Pollard, the private jet was ready. Sir and Ms. Moyer already went ahead. Please come with me.”
Gianna nodded, “Okay.”
Gianna followed Kade out of the room. When she closed the door, she saw Jacob secretly poking his head out from under the bed.
Gianna quickly gave Jacob a look to tell him to hide.
acob quietly sneaked back and whispered, “Mommy already left.”
inda huddled between her two brothers, looked at them and asked, “What about us? Mommy told us to stay in Freyton, but Linda was afraid Mommy would be aken back by bad daddy and get bullied by them.”
I thought so too, there was also a bad aunt with the bad daddy.”
acob and Linda exchanged a look.
acob suggested, “How about we go back to Newbarrow too and protect Mommy in secret.”
Linda supported.” Linda’s pretty big eyes lit up and she looked over at Elliot.
lliot shook his head, “I don’t think this works.”
inda turned to Jacob and said happily, “Big brother said yes.”
acob, “Then let’s ask Creepy Uncle to help send us back to Newbarrow.”
inda turned to Elliot and asked, “Big brother, do you think it’s okay?”
lliot emphasized, “There was danger, I didn’t really…”
inda raised her chubby little hand to cover Elliot’s mouth, “Big brother said it’s okay.”
acob and Linda high-fived, “Let’s do it this way.”
lliot had black lines all over his face.
Going back was too dangerous, easy to get caught.
or safety reasons, he didn’t support it.
Linda!”
anda reached out and hugged Elliot, asking softly, “Big brother, are you scared that mommy might get bullied?”
Scared.”
Linda nodded and asked again, “So, big brother, would you be okay with mommy being bullied?”
“Couldn’t let go.”
Linda nodded again, “Yeah, so who could protect mommy now?”
“Us.”
“Yeah, yeah, yeah, so we had to go back, right?”
